Bide Yer Caravan Site
Bide Yer Caravan Site is an adults only, 5 pitch site, set in the heart of the peaceful Dorset Countryside. Located just outside of Bridport on the B3162, close to the village of Salway Ash.
Bide Yer Caravan Site is open all year around to Caravan and Motorhome Club members only. All pitches are hard standing with adjacent grass area for an awning (breathable ground sheets only please). Each pitch has easy access with its own water supply, electric hookup and grey water outlet. There is a toilet block, also chemical waste and grey water disposal facilities on site.
We do NOT have showers on site as advertised in CAMC handbook book and web site 2019.
There is to be no washing of vehicles or caravans on site.
Well behaved dogs are welcome. Dog walking areas on 1.village pavement with delightful views to East and West, 2. at village hall directly north of site or 3. at Allington Hill, Bridport. (Woodland Trust) approx. 1.5 miles south.
Charges from 01.02.2023. £25.00 / night per unit to include up to two adults, payable pre/on arrival, bank transfer or cash.
£05.00 / night per an extra adult within your unit.
Bide Yer (Dorset dialect for 'Stay Here') Caravan Site is the ideal base for a visit to the Jurassic Coast, and South West Coast Path. Westbay (location for Broadchurch, Harbour Lights), Charmouth, Eype, Lyme Regis and other surrounding costal towns are all within easy reach.

Nearest buses are from the bus station in Bridport approx. 2 miles south with car park adjacent.(travelinesw.com)
The site is less than 1 mile from Sustrans route No 2 (sustrans.org.uk) and a short walk from 'The Hardy Way' leading to Beaminster or Bridport.
